I...

... got disappointed yesterday when i bought a trucker cap for 10 dollars when it's supposedly to be say 5 sing dollars in thailand? it actually costs 12 dollars but you see, i buy stuffs after trying to bargain. haha. especially on shops at bugis street.
oh wells. i got double pissed when i saw a much nicer design cap in another shop for 10 dollars. and it's not bargained yet!!

i got stressed for quite some time then. coz getting that cap was because i got rimas with my hair. not because i really want it. but being pessimistic, i thought of it as another collection to my caps.
oh yea, while i was restless, frowning to myself, i was greeted by the past girlfriend. haha. we exchanged "hi's" before she slithers away.
and it got me thinking to why didn't i care to start a conversation cos it so happen.
waddehelll...HAHAHA.

so much for that. then on sat went to johor with my relatives. tuas checkpoint didn't spare us either.

luckily the jam wasn't that long. managed to break fast at angsana. food as usual is nice. i just dig the kebab. don't you?? not forgetting the yummy-licious dunkin' donuts. hoorray for foods! i didn't shops for stuffs though but the shoes there! be gettin them on my next visit whic i don't have an idea! err, i only bought a belt for 8 sing dollars? yea to end the johor trip we had a late supper at some indian-24 hour-coffeeshop there. had a maggie goreng which had me complained that it was little. like really sia. hahah. i dont know why but im able to take up more food after feeling full. damn we had 2 spring chickens for 3 person that... what day ar guys???


ok ok, condolences to my mum's close uncle who passed away in the early morning. he'll always be remembered.

tomorrow is deepavali.
it is very near.

let's see. been a week since i last updated and there's 1 week left to the hari kemenangan, hari rayer. oh yea, school's coming up too. :( at least i know im kinda looking forward to jalan rayer, be it with the family or friends. ;p

1 more week and the schedule's kinda tight.

today, at night, will be my 3rd visit? to geylang unlike the last years.

and yes! i'ce already gotten a baju kurong and it's hijau kilau(whatever u call it.haha)

ermmm gonna shop for whatever stuffs that i feel is needed later.

errhmmmmmm.

just as i was lying down on bed, pondering over god knows what, i got rather puzzled when i saw the moon glowing brightly. buahahahahaha. sounds more like an intro for a composition. back in the good old days of pre-tertiary education. ok back to the moon. it's brightness is one of a kind. seriously.

that really makes me wonder.

talking about doing good in this blessed month, i have been bad.

i have been slacking too too much.

ouh wait, i forgot a good good friend of mine.
remember, that sometimes we learn things the hard way. no doubt. seriously, im not good a student. but i've learnt things the hardest way. damn damn, where was i in 2003 when most of the kids out there is in a polytechnic? well, to sum things up actually, reach for the stars yea? heh. the future after all is unpredictable. no worries for HE will help you. :p

slacking....yes. played soccer earlier on with the american dream geng. there were a lot this time round. played till the lights went out.

i've been bloghopping around very much lately. and sometimes it inspires me reading. topics about ramadhan and relationships. it's great to know different points of view of people around. i'm really glad to be totally in, and out of love.YES.

i used to be a person thinking about things very much.
im now a free person and im loving it.

sleep, sleep, sleep!

it's good here in singapore especially when they have stores 24 hours. i just had an early breakfast just now at macdonalds. hotcakes which i craved for. with the punk rock geng. hahaha.. well, u see, cravings usually occurs more in this fasting month. ouh i had a burger ramlee too at bugis street yesterday. even though its super ex!!, it's worth it man.

earlier on, it was some flea market shopping for me. ouh kewlness man. super cheap i tell u coz i got a sweater for a dollar which actually costs 3 dollar. it was my 'rezeki' after all. heh.

and im feeling that im spending too much...coz we went to shop again at house of japan. so much for second hand stuffs man. but its all awesome.

bla, bla, bla, bla, bla, bla....

reached home, 'sahur' alone. :(
parents went for a very short holiday. sleepover at the cousins'(the sister) and coffee-shop chilling??(the brother).

it's a sunday. stay home i guess. yea man. im missing too much on teraweh.

work and play.

hello and good morning. coldplay is coming to town next month..nnnnnnnnn.....nah...kidding man. sigh. how i wish they would tour here. great simple band. just love the guitar sound. very smooth ambient feel. 'fix you' video is the shit no doubt about it. i'm sure many many bands out there would love it when their fans/supporters would sing along to their songs as depicted at the last part of the video. that feeling when ur up onstage is pure bliss. wow. the part that i liked best was when all of the coldplay members were singing the bridge together, harmonised. something not many bands do. ouh, and i just watched the live version at live8. cool cool cold man....haha.

work is fine. the rate has been changed from 6 to 7 dollars per hour. reason being not many wanted to work or worst still they 'cabot'. hahah. easy shit job oso they cabot. 1 hour before finising their tasks, they vanished. be working again on 7 november which is the day the school's new term opens. should be no problem. heh.

still, i haven't had dendeng. i was wrong about the big family going bazaar geylang this weekend. it is the next. hooray for dendengs!
oh yes, i had fun jamming yesterday.hhahahahahahahahahahahahaah.i got super excited that when i jump for joy, i got stucked. kan ah sai.

ok. i only had an hour sleep. need the beauty sleep very much. untill then, happy breaking the fast later fellow muslims.

i worked for just an hour yesterday. 9 per hour. no. its more like 9 per day. bah! but but, pai called me earlier saying that i'll get paid for the first hour WITHOUT working. i'm not sure about the pay rate though. i have to come down at 7 plus(actually 7 but wth!~ haha) in case the people do a spot check on me. start taking down plate numbers on 8. finish at 9.

sampai lah friday.

sent arep off to rome, italy earlier on the day yesterday at changi airport.
14 days trip. all by himself.


the flight was at 715 i think.

ugh. at this very moment, i could still smell the tobacco smell. i've got no say about the brother not that i don't care bout his actions.

errr...so far, fasting month has been good. i've not been wasting time. :) next week be working at night and i have to miss the teraweh prayers. and most prolly heading to geylang with the big big family to the infamous geylang on one of the weekends.emmmmm dendeng.~ as of now, no plans yet of buka-ing outside with friends. and i mean friends with triple s. friendsss. ok takde maksod. haha

oh ya! im psyched about i remember may. suddenly! hahaha..coz you noe why? we are now 4 piece. And that includes a key-kcufing-BOARDIST!!!

be getting mew's new cd next week, hopefully. and i badly wanna shop if there's TIME to spare. like totally. i have to be thrifty in order not to scold anyone. like randomly!hehe.

the first day of the month?

watched lords of dogtown. awesome. the roots of skateboarding. even though the trick seem simple, it was that cool. there won't be any skateboarders around if not for jay adams. did i get his name correct?
this movie does make me miss my old skate buddies. :(

oh ya, i was surfing through myspace and saw something on a malaysian guy's page. he clearly states 'underedge(singapore)' on his music section. so much for talking about sellouts on the previous post. :) much love lar people.hah.
i found out that zamir alif of elisebelle tears personally watched blood brothers live la sia.damn.i so wanna do that.

2 hours minus? to sahur. selamat menjalani ibadah puaser brothers and sisters.

MAINSTREAM.

no doubt, rufio and blink 182. the aquabats! will always be on the list of my favourite bands. so what if they play new stuffs? no offence(really, i mean) to anyone reading this but what's with the "i only like the old no doubt or the old anthemic pop-punk legends blink 182"??

well in my point of view, if your music is to stay stagnant no way will it reach to the masses. and being sellout sucks? oh come on. for goodness sake, they are making music as a career. we need money to live remember. but not here in this tiny island(making music as a career). maybe in the future to come i guess. wait. isn't it future now?

honestly, i like it when bands play different stuffs on different albums. no im not talking about one album, there's jazz and the other pop. it's about mixing tiny bits of genres or elements or whatever-the-ever into a song. the way songs vary in an album. maturity they call it. kudos to the above mentioned bands once again.

on the other hand, there's band like lagwagon that will always keep things real. punk rock! different bands, different views.

so personally, i don't mind really if bands go mainstream for there are other great bands, worldwide, undiscovered.

oh yes, soccer was indeed fun yesterday. worth my $9.50. haha. why? coz i took a cab there. hahaha...coz sammy said they will end at 8? ended up at 930. hahaha. gerek giler uh tapi. It's really been a while playing soccer at night.
